What kind of colleagues are you working with?

    Hi Brooke,

Thank you for contacting HospitalityJobs.com's Forum. The colleagues you´re working with most are the colleagues on the floor, chefs in the kitchen, bartenders and the dishwashers. Working in hospitality means team work and you have to work hand in hand with all of your colleagues anytime. You don´t have to like everybody at your workplace, but at least treat them respectful, as you all have to rely on each other during work. The kitchen needs the waitresses to put the order through to cook, the kitchen therefore needs clean plates from the dishwashers and the waitresses need the food orders from the kitchen the serve costumers and to avoid costumers complaints. So you see it´s really all about working together as a team.

    Best Regards,
    Jen.
