Cashier / Runner Summary:
The cashier/runner is the first responder to guest's needs. They practice teamwork and good communication skills to insure all guests' needs are met. They treat the guest with courtesy, respect and genuine concern while trying to get them to return as a repeat guest. You will learn how to make a great first impression with your guests. You will learn all the details of making our guest feel welcomed from the moment they walk in the door. You will execute cash handling and call in procedures. You will learn the use of the POS (Point of Sale) System as well as how to make your guests say "WOW! ? That's great hospitality!"
