Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant as well as assuring spectacular customer service to our guests. The Restaurant General Manager will train the staff to understand stations, procedures, and policies. The person in this Restaurant General Manager position must maintain a positive enthusiastic atmosphere for both staff and customers to ensure a pleasant experience. Our Restaurant General Manager will also ensure standards are met in health, safety, and security areas or our operations. Responsibilities of this position also include administrative and working hands on with the Management Team in maintaining a fully staffed restaurant. Strong leadership skills, a passion for excellence and our comprehensive training program will prepare our Restaurant General Manager for a successful career with us.
- 2+years of current Restaurant General Manager experience
- High volume background - must have GM experience in restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
- A stable work history - no more than two jobs in the previous five years
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Ability to build sales and rapport in the community
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Maintaining high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
