Continuing with that commitment, The Hermitage Hotel and its award-winning restaurant, the Capitol Grille, are searching for a Host/Hostess who is passionate about excellence in customer service.

Please Note: You must be flexible with your schedule and available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests in the Capitol Grille restaurant and providing exceptional service. The successful candidate must be professional in both appearance and demeanor and must possess excellent communication skills and must be fluent in both written and spoken English. A minimum of two years' prior experience in a fast-paced, luxury and/or fine dining hotel or restaurant strongly preferred.
