The Hermitage Hotel along with it's signature restaurant, the Capitol Grille, are searching for experienced Grill/Line/Prep Cooks to join our expanding team of professionals. The hotel's own 250-acre Double H Farm serves as our source of produce and beef.
The successful candidates will have a minimum of two years' prior Grill/Line/Prep Cook experience in a fast-paced, high-end steakhouse/restaurant and you must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays is required.
