JOB SUMMARY: To share the team's commitment to greet every guest, market the Caesars Rewards program, promote Caesars Entertainment Inc. products and services, and to provide quality support of dealer and supervisor efforts to create service which creates a great guest entertainment experience. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Greeting new players as they arrive and accommodating any obvious needs. Facilitates new Caesars Rewards sign-ups and ensure tracking cards are printed and delivered to the appropriate supervisor(s). Invokes our Service Recovery Initiative as appropriate. Helps and assists co-workers toward common goals related to great guest service. Provides and prepares rating slips and dockets. Initiates, prepares and takes marker transfers to Main Cashier. Prepares and completes paperwork for marker redemption to document credit/cash transactions. Inputs manual player tracking information into the computer system to ensure that all information is accurate and stored for future analysis and referral. Verifies computer information with written documentation to ensure accuracy. Checks guest accounts to ensure information is updated and accurate. Obtains new or restores lost Caesars Rewards cards from the Caesars Rewards Center. Contacts the Cashier Department under the direction of a supervisor or casino manager to activate credit or credit extended beyond established limits. Ensures proper approval is given and proper procedures and documentation is followed. Performs general maintenance of table games and ensures equipment is in proper working order. Provides information about table games as appropriate. Handle reservations and/or other arrangements requested by guest or supervisor. Accesses CMS to view special messages or any other pertinent information. Maintains discretion due to the sensitive nature of certain information. Provides assistance with manual tracking when directed (i.e., cash, chips, average bet, time played, etc.) Ensures that the table games' areas are properly supplied with necessary materials (including playing cards, dice, etc.) Assists with co-supervising an assigned pit area, only under the direct guidance of a supervisor. Position Information The Custodial Services Supervisor is a member of the UCR Facilities Services team that supervises the day-to-day custodial operations to ensure and provide a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all members of the campus community. Under the direction of the Custodial Services Manager, the Custodial Services Supervisor provides direct supervision and guidance to a team of Lead Custodians and Senior Custodians; assigned staff can vary from 15 - 25 direct reports. Manages all phases of routine and/or emergency cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing, and general custodial maintenance of all campus facilities including but not limited to classrooms, offices, research labs, meeting spaces, and restrooms. Responsible for supervising, scheduling, training and assisting the custodial services team; facilitates procurement of custodial supplies and equipment; manages all custodial related emergencies; and coordinates the locking and unlocking of various campus buildings. Ensures safety procedures and protocols are maintained in all facets of custodial operations. Provides operational support to other Facilities Services units as necessary.
