JOB SUMMARY: The Lead Fountain Worker contributes to store success by ensuring service experience standards are met and surpassed at all times during the shift. An additional component of this job is to assist management with daily operating procedures such as maintaining quality store operations, accurately handle cash register transactions, maximizing financial contributions and directing team member development.
