Develop strategies for Group forecasting and analyzing hotel revenue needs.
Responsible for monthly group forecasts and revisions.
Collaborate and produce rate strategies with Revenue Management to ensure the hotel has effective pricing and selling strategies in place to achieve the optimal mix of business, a minimum 12-month period of time.
Plan, manage, and evaluate all financial aspects of the sales efforts throughout the properties to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal utilization of resources.
Develop, implement, and evaluate short and long-term tactics and programs focused on customer and market needs/ conditions to ensure the achievement of all sales associate and team revenue goals.
Attend and actively participate in weekly yield and group pick-up management meetings
Plan, manage, and evaluate all financial aspects of the sales effort to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal utilization of resources.
Work with the Corporate Marketing Manager in taking an active role in developing Marketing and PR strategies to support the revenue goals.
Ensure accurate and current Marketing data is readily available to support and document the decision-making process.
Manage the HRIL Sales and Marketing Incentive Plan process for the Sales Department.
Create, manage, and expense budget/forecast.
Responsible for producing and distributing accurate month-end sales reports to HRIL Senior Leadership.
Conduct sales department meetings with written minutes.
Receive department-related guest complaints and ensure necessary corrective action is administered.
Maintain open door communication policy for all associates.
Complete and maintain accurate, objective, and timely performance reviews for the department.
Conduct frequent sales calls to existing and new accounts, as well as uncover new business in the assigned market segment(s).
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new accounts to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, trade shows, etc.
Arrange site inspections of the hotel for new accounts that the Sales Leader is assigned to.
Maintain accurate sales records in the hotel sales system to provide complete history, ensure future and current quality of service, and enhance future prospects.
Respond to all sales inquiries within 24 business hours.
Partner with the operations team to coordinate customer specifications, and effectively respond to customer issues and comments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adjust work schedule as needed to meet the business demands, which may include hours in early morning, evening, and/or weekend hours.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Description Key Responsibilities: The Route Sales Delivery Driver's primary responsibilities are to provide premium customer service within a designated territory (residential, commercial, and retail), accelerate growth and revenue, and work safely. This role is highly interactive, has a strong sales and service focus, and requires the ability to safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV). Employees are eligible for benefit election on day 1 of employment Skills Required: Safety Focus Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, follow defined safe work practices, and complete DOT required documentation on a daily basis Adhere to our safety policies which includes the prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and reporting any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status Service Orientation Be courteous, outgoing and always maintain a professional image Meet each customer's individual preference by delivering the correct products to the right location during their scheduled day and timeframe Maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts including cash and receipts Find opportunities to maximize efficiencies and bring actionable solutions to leadership Act as a team player by supporting the team with decisions and helping others when needed Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services to customers while adhering to a strict quality process Selling Skills Use a business owner's mindset to drive growth, identify and open new accounts, particularly in the UDS (up-and-down-the-street) channel including convenience stores, small independent groceries, bodegas, etc. in order to build route density and increase individual commission opportunities Fully develop new and existing accounts by selling our full portfolio of products inside and outside of normal working hours Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set forth by BlueTriton Monitor the competitive environment to understand and leverage sales opportunities Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and achieve monthly customer acquisition goals Qualifications Requirements/Qualifications: Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions) BlueTriton is a certified CDL provider and can assist you with obtaining your Class B CDL High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times per day Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day, with or without a reasonable accommodation You must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for BlueTriton Brands You must possess a clean driving record, which means: in the last 3 years, that you've only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3 years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident.
