Key drivers are ensuring compliance to specification on incoming ingredients, in-process conditions and finished products. The position also ensures the ongoing reduction of quality attribute variation utilizing SPC methodology to improve the acceptance of our products by our customers and consumers. The Quality Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of the facility's Food Safety and Sanitation programs in accordance with accepted Good Manufacturing Practices as mandated by government agencies and company policy and in accordance with customer-specific requirements.
