Verifies that all materials used are correct for product being produced by checking Cook Cards. Setup of equipment for processing operations in accordance with product specifications. Assists in the cleaning of kettles and batch systems, including pumps, utensils, and general area cleaning. Completes all required batch paperwork accurately. Adheres to safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices, and maintains food safety standards.
