Qualifications Diploma/Certificate in Chef Training, Culinary Management or equivalent experience in institutional, healthcare, restaurant or hospitality environment Current Food Handler Safety Certificate Practical and theoretical knowledge of quantity food production, and knowledge of sanitation and safety standards for food services area Knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking style (e.g., use of wok) an asset Ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently as well as be a positive, contributor to the team Ability to work shifts (days, evenings and weekends) Ability to converse in Chinese an asset.
