Develop monthly room's revenue forecast Work closely with hotel leaders to create and build promotional guestroom packages including hotel amenities. Track packages performance and adjust quarterly, or as needed Review & analysis of Online Reputation management tool and online marketing analytics Attend or conduct all training/meetings as required by management Understand the competitors in the market and the strategy to sell against them Qualifications: 3-5 years of Revenue Management experience required. Multi-property experience preferred, but not required Must have strong working knowledge of Marriott and/or Hilton systems Knowledge of transient and group customer segments Personal management skills; time management, meeting deadlines, effective communication and presentations skills Excellent understanding of total hotel revenue management concepts, processes, and systems Understands Brand strategies and cultures Knowledge of advanced revenue management techniques College degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience Strong financial knowledge required.
