Printing, signing all reconciling documents and verifying their accuracy. â Loads appropriate boxes into carts and pushes/pulls carts to designated areas for transportation to the casino floor. â When a slot machine is being played at the time of bill validator drop, uses excellent guest service skills to assure the guest's satisfaction. â Accounts for all Count Room keys and ensures compliance with MIC requirements. â Sorts, counts, rolls coin and delivers to the Cashier department. â Collects and weighs tokens from arcade machines. Work is performed indoors and/or outdoors and involves continuous exposure to high and low temperatures, sunlight, fluorescent light, wet surfaces and noise. Work may entail trained chemical usage and constant contact with fellow employees and guests. Work is typically in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain cigar, cigarette, or cooking smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks will be performed from a primarily non-sitting position (approx 95% standing, walking and 5% sitting). Employees will be required to navigate safely on potentially slippery floors. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Serves alcoholic beverages within department and state liquor law guidelines. Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients in accordance to company policies. Operates a cash register, ringing the proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change following all company policies. Maintains a respectful control over guests at all times. Monitors guests consumption of alcoholic beverages and intervenes as necessary following C.A.R.E. guidelines. ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES: Maintains a clean, organized and fully stocked area in accordance to company policies. Resourceful with beverages, fruit and supplies in order to maintain low beverage costs.
