Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Create equipment checklists and pull equipment needed for events Inventory and maintenance of all off-site catering equipment Includes: ASSIST in vehicle cleanliness/gas Monitor and minor repair of smallwares equipment Determine weekly plastic/paper needs with co-owner Determine weekly linen needs with co-owner Supervise/work off-site catering events, as needed Must have the ability to: Drive and operate a full-size van and possess a current driver's license Must be able to lift, load, and unload heavy equipment into vehicles; NO lifting restrictions Flexible schedule - includes some weekends and evenings EXPERIENCE IN CATERING/FOOD SERVICE IS DESIRABLE Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Experience level: 1 year preferred but no experience will be considered. Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location: In person
