Ensures guest development by 1) interacting with guests, 2) modeling interactive skills with guests and teammates and 3) making Comp decisions 4) resolving guest issues using approved resources. Interacts positively with support departments to facilitate casino, hotel, food and beverage services as needed. Remains alert to any unusual or questionable activities being displayed by any Table Games employee or gaming guest and reports any situations to the Table Games Manager. Supports Table Games dealers, responding quickly to calls for approvals, guest service, or dealing error resolution. Coaches and instructs assigned personnel in the proper performance of their duties. Provides for safety and security. Displays working knowledge of table games software and can make accurate computer entries. Complies with Title 31 and AML requirements. Remains knowledgeable of current property promotions.
