Provide administrative support for the Beverage/Cocktail Services department, including answering telephones and correspondence issues. Provide and receive information concerning matters related to the department. Compose and prepare routine correspondence for signatures. Independently assesses potential problems or issues that require immediate attention. Maintain office supplies for bars and lounges. Establish and maintain a variety of confidential files and records. Establish and maintain employee files. Monitor, adjust and approve employees' time directly in the payroll system on a daily basis. Process vacations, floaters and payroll issues through the payroll system. Coordinate tasks assigned from the Director of Beverage/Cocktail Services, Managers and Assistant Managers. Arrange meetings and conferences for employees, management and vendors. Independently prepare all letters, reports and agendas. Assist Food and Beverage management with special assignments. Ensure the Beverage/Cocktail Services department is in complete compliance of work card requirements. Coordinate the enrollment of mandatory employee training and compliance classes. Assist with special projects within the Food and Beverage division when required. Prepare weekly schedules for line employees in accordance with staffing guidelines and forecasted labor costs, adjusting schedules throughout the week to meet business demands Works as a team, assisting all guests' and employees' needs and inquiries Effectively communicate with management and staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and/or other employees. Manage all employee leave of absences (LOAs). Record all employee absences in Workday as well as prepare all appropriate discipline. Perform all other job related duties as requested.


At least 21 years of age. At least 2 years of previous administrative operations experience. Previous experience with multi-line phones. Ability to multi-task. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent customer service skills. Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Professional appearance and demeanor. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.


Previous Human Resources experience. Previous experience with Kronos, FileNet and HR Logix. Previous Food and Beverage experience. Previous experience working in a similar resort requested.
