Able to successfully complete training and cross-training, as well as able to perform other related job duties, when necessary, of Rooms Coordinator, Night auditor, PBX, Housekeeping expeditor, and to complete additional duties assigned by the supervisor, such as checking credit limit report, obtaining additional payment, answering telephone, training new employees, and canceling duplicate reservations. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Superior customer service and interpersonal skills required. Professional appearance and demeanor required. Experience in data entry and dealing with the public required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and LMS system knowledge preferred. Proficient in basic math skills.
