RESPONSIBILITIES: Walk all assigned areas throughout shift; remove and replace dirty towels and service trays and glasses empty trash receptacles. Set-up and/or breakdown Pool areas on a daily basis. Remove trash and/or linens and note any areas that need immediate cleaning. Maintain Pool Showers lockers and bathroom areas throughout shift. Serve as barback/busser for Pool Bartenders and Pool Servers. Clean all pool areas in the prescribed manner while following safety and security procedures and regulations. Remove soiled terry and trash from the pool areas and take to the appropriate locations in the prescribed manner and retrieve clean terry. Stock pool linen and supply to ensure par inventories. Report any missing/found articles damage or merchandise problems to the supervisor and/or security. Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with Supervisor on work priorities and provide assistance when needed. Perform any other additional duties as assigned by leadership. Scheduled days and times may vary based on need. For properties with a slide maintain slide safety by monitoring all guests using slide or in pool at slide bottom. For properties with a slide enforce proper slide usage â€" i.e. slide position 1 guest at a time no guest at slide bottom.
