Control the inventory of food, equipment, small-ware, and report shortages to designated personnel. Responsible for issued keys and security of equipment. Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures in order to ensure quality standards and service. Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.
