Demonstrate sanitary food handling and equipment safety, properly store and label food items, maintain standards of sanitation and food handling based on County, State and Federal regulations. Maintain clean and neat work area. Follow the Steps of service for the venue they are working as outlined in the venue policies and procedures. Availability to work a flexible schedule.
