Maintains high quality food standards and customer service. Ensures property cleanliness in the casino, hotel, and restroom areas. Ensures maintenance standards are consistently maintained and enhanced. Delegates and holds team members accountable for success. Creates a safe, healthy, productive, and fun work environment, where team members willingly strive to do their best. Understands the budget process and inventory supply and control.
