Digital QA Analyst

To ensure the quality of Digital technologies prior to deployment to our restaurants through execution of test plans. As a QA Analyst you will lead this process.

* Script and execute automated test plans for 3rd party systems software
* Create and execute manual test plans for software and hardware for internal and external platforms
* Lead test plan reviews with other members within QA team
* Manage and deploy system/software updates to the restaurants
* Use VSTS in the cloud to track test script completion
* Develop and maintain appropriate test environments and labs
* Provide hardware and software support to field operations and internal IT teams if needed
* Perform Defect Management (defect logging, tracking, analysis, and validation)
* Work with internal IT and third party development teams to resolve hardware and software issues
* Provide input for field training documentation and train internal support teams
* Work on Agile project teams
* Participate in project meetings providing updates, guiding software release schedules, and representing QA
* Work with project teams and clients to ensure that software is developed as per specification
* Interacts with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and development teams to identify and refine test requirements
* Partner with 3rd party vendors to certify and validate their solutions
* Mentor junior QA team members to grow and build knowledge of systems and processes
* Define and Implement process improvements for the QA function as well as process flow and UI for 3rd party



* Education/Certifications - Bachelors in Computer Science Preferred
* 4+ years QA/BA experience
* Experience
