It is expected the Assistant Manager perform all duties assigned efficiently to ensure that all rooms and areas responsible for meet the mission of Atlantis 'Creating every players paradise' and the housekeeping mission of providing FOUR diamond cleanliness and comfort while reducing/controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

* Open housekeeping office in the morning

* Oversee the operation of a section of the hotel (rooms, Spa, staff, projects, engineering)

* Team member counseling and to ensure all team members are adhering to all company and departmental policies and procedures.

* Hire, train, and mentor incoming team members

* Work within a team of Assistant Managers

* Implementation of all policies and procedures

* Room inspections, maintenance reporting, project scheduling, team member scheduling

* Able to cover all front line positions

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Able to cover all front line positions

* Able to walk and stand for long periods of times without restrictions

* Able to lift and push 20lbs

* Spanish speaking

* Computer knowledge (excel, word, outlook) LMS system

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

* Organizational and time management skills to accomplish all assigned duties
