Read blueprints or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations Install, repair and service interior prefabricated products such as doors, windows, kitchen cupboards, bathroom vanities, water heaters and household appliances using hand and power tools Install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products such as siding, shutters, awnings, fencing, decks, septic and irrigation systems, signs and play structures using hand and power tools. Install a variety of cabinetry products, including kitchen cabinets, built-in cabinets, and shelving units, according to client specifications and design plans. Assemble cabinets and components, including doors, drawers, and hardware, using appropriate tools and techniques. Mount cabinets securely to walls, floors, or other structures, ensuring stability and durability. Adjust and align cabinets to achieve a seamless and polished appearance, making necessary modifications as needed. Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and address any concerns or modifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the safe storage of tools and equipment. Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
