One of the nation's top golf course architects, Tom Fazio, designed the 18 hole course and the club has Arkansas's only full-time caddy program. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Must have a strong understanding of service and hospitality concepts, and the poise required for elevated service Possess complete knowledge of the dinner menu and be able to answer any menu questions from members/guests (i.e. allergens, dietary restrictions, preparation methods, etc.) Possess complete knowledge of the beverages & liquors available and craft high quality, finely presented cocktails Expertly and elegantly conduct a menu walkthrough for each table as a part of the fine dining experience Ability to carry plates to and from all dining areas including outdoors and up/down stairs Must obtain knowledge of members names and preferences Required to bill member charges through the use of JONAS point of sale system Communicate any issues with food service or dining issues to the Dining Room Manager, F&B Manager(s), and/or Clubhouse Manager in a timely manner Understanding of the game of golf and how it relates to F&B responsibilities Follow Club procedures for handling and storing food products in a safe and sanitary manner Provide in-person refreshments to golfers on the course when necessary Other duties as deemed necessary by the Food & Beverage Manager(s) and/or Clubhouse Manager Preferred Skills Previous bartending experience Previous fine dining service and/or experience with synchronized service Previous club experience PM20 Requirements: Work Schedule Must be able to work a flexible schedule of primarily nights and weekends, with some holidays when needed.
