Role Summary Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the business, executing flawless dining experiences for our guests. As you supervise the daily operations, you will consistently ensure that all team members deliver professional, friendly and engaging service. With responsibility for guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction and the bottom line, you will monitor and manage employee performance as well as financial performance, and make adjustments as required to meet financial and service goals.
