Opening Details Working under the supervision of the Unit Manager and 1st Cook, you will work as part of a team to clean and sanitize dishware, utensils and cooking equipment. Daily duties include restocking all service ware during dining meal periods and sanitizing kitchen and dining room areas, providing custodial duties, and small event set-ups for meetings and breaks, assisting in receiving, organizing, and stocking all incoming goods, sanitizing the dish machine, kitchen areas, serving lines, dish storage areas and mop rooms, as well as maintaining clean and orderly recycling areas, disposing of food waste, and recyclable materials. Occasionally, you will assist with food preparation including washing, peeling, and cutting various items to prepare for cooking and serving. Current Openings: Whitmans': 30 hr, 10-month academic year position. 7:30pm-2:00am Thursday through Monday with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
