Responsibilities:
- welcome greeting of guests
- informing guests regarding all hotels’ facilities amenities
- assisting while the check-in/out process
- escorting guests to rooms, if necessary
- ensure a pleasant and satisfying stay at a hotel (real dialogue/courtesy calls)
- handle guest complaints, requests
- assisting in arranging reservations
- making reports
