I attend a community college in Pennsylvania and in the fall of 2018 I will be graduating with my Associates in Hospitality & Travel Management with a concentration in Hotel and Lodge Management. I currently go to school full time and work nearly 35 hours a week. Recently I have started a Hospitality & Travel club at my school for students in my major to help gain experience and to connect with people in the industry. I am a Print & Marketing Associate but am really looking to transition my work into a position that is in my field. I am eager to find a position to apply the knowledge that I have learned and put it to use.
I am responsible for providing clients with excellent customer service, as well as producing the printed products that they are asking for in an efficient and adequate manner. If I am unable to produce the product, I am responsible for finding someone that can.
Responsibilities included greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions and achieving set store-wide goals were also responsibilities.
