I am a post graduate in microbiology having 22 years of experience in medical, pharma and food industry. I am trained in every aspect of quality/food safety for making sure that there is optimum safety for third party needs and internal needs. I believe that these qualifications , experience in food safety management as well as remarkable communication skills, an eye for attention to detail and strict adherence to every safety standard in an organisation and federal level make me ideal candidate for the relevant jobs.
Work Experience
Manage the food service program according to policies and procedures and federal/state requirements. Provide leadership, support and guidance to ensure that food quality standards, food safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met. Conduct audits and provide technical training to management and employees. Develop and update food safety manuals.
