JOB SUMMARY The Enterprise Data Governance Steward provides support for the Enterprise Data Governance Program's processes, policies and procedures pertaining to NYCB data. Works closely with the Enterprise Data Governance Manager Sr on the implementation of an enterprise-wide data governance framework, including development and implementation of standards, policies and tools, data error management and escalation. The Enterprise Data Governance Steward partners with counterpart Data Stewards within the Business Process Owner's (BPOs) line of business, Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), to ensure consistent adoption, approach and adherence to the treatment of data across the Bank. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS In conjunction with the Enterprise Data Governance Manager Sr, supports the NYCB Data Governance Program, the Program expansion and data quality. Stays current with the enterprise-wide Data Governance related policies and procedures.
