Relay messages to servers and bus persons as needed. Serve as the communication hub of the restaurant. Be in constant contact with the Manager on Duty. Ensure that all tables are receiving prompt and accurate service, alerting Manager on Duty when attention is needed. Occasionally assist servers with orders, delivery of food and clearing tables. Thank guests with genuine appreciation as they leave, inviting them to return. As guests are leaving, gauge level of satisfaction, listening to any comments, feedback, compliments and complaints and relay them to the Manager. Attend, stock, and straighten restroom facilities throughout shift. Complete any other tasks or directives issued by your Manager in a polite, timely and accurate manner. Qualifications, Skills and Requirements No previous restaurant experience required. Must have exceptional grooming habits. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
