You have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests You have stellar organizational skills, detail orientation and follow-through You have knowledge of facility management trades and practices with basic knowledge/understanding of laundry equipment, cleaning chemicals and compounds, proper methods of cleaning/maintaining linens, carpets, draperies, wood, marble, ceramic tile, vinyl, porcelain and other surfaces You have basic finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control procedures, purchasing, inventory, and recordkeeping requirements You have a professional appearance and pleasant demeanor You have a minimum of two years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role You are available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays What you’ll do You will plan, coordinate, organize, and direct the efforts of housekeeping team members and services to ensure all facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, orderly, and secure condition You will establish and maintain timelines, schedules and priorities of the housekeeping team and tasks You will oversee and participate in the detailed recordkeeping of employees and maintenances records You will ensure all supplies and equipment are inventories, secured, and at appropriate par levels You will participate in the recruitment, onboarding and training of new employees to create a successful team You will lead employees to meet expectations for productivity, service, quality, cleanliness and goal accomplishment You will lead employees by example and provide constructive feedback to direct reports on a consistent basis You will encourage and push your team for career progression by developing employees to reach their full potential You will ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards for guests and employees is up to par to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction Benefits & Extra Perks Medical, dental and vision insurance coverage 401(k) plan with Company match Paid time off Golf privileges Discounts at Tetherow Restaurants & Golf Shop $5 Employee Breakfast & Lunch Meals from The Row Employee referral bonuses Work in one of the most beautiful settings in Central Oregon!
