Available Shifts:  Full-Time: 10 am- 6:30 pm    Part-Time: Weekends

River Bend Assisted Living, a 94-unit assisted living and memory care campus, is hiring compassionate Servers to serve our residents, employees, and family member's meals. Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by staff and residents alike.

Server responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Take resident orders and serve meals when orders are ready.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Assemble items needed for meals and deliver meal carts to appropriate areas.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.  

Server skills and requirements: 

• Prior experience working with the elderly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Restaurant experience a plus!
