Do you enjoy serving others? We have wonderful server positions available at Praha Village that offer guaranteed hours with the possibility of picking up shifts! No senior care experience necessary! Training will be provided.
Praha Village, a new, 91-unit senior living community in New Prague, is hiring dedicated and caring Part-Time and Full-Time Servers to join our team! Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by staff and residents alike. Come and work in a beautiful and rewarding setting while helping seniors enjoy their dining experience.
There are Part-Time and Full-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules.
FT Hours: 6:30 am to 2:00 pm and/or 3:00 pm
PT Hours: 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Sever responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
- Engage residents by talking to them and describing meal choices.
- Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
- Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
- Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
Server skills and requirements:
- Possess strong communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Restaurant experience a plus!
