Lead a workforce to execute outstanding client work with high levels of customer service, engagement, and excellence across all elements of the center by developing teams to promote success of the entire Georgia Center property. Develop and mentor effective team members to achieve both professional and personal growth. Manage manager of hotel, food and beverage, sales and event management, and marketing and communications. These four (4) managers engage a workforce of 150 FTE and 250 part-time or temporary employees. Develop a strong talent pipeline through recruitment, retention, training, and development to meet organizational goals and strategies. This position direct reports to the Director of the Georgia Center and is a senior management position in the Georgia Center organization.
