We are looking for an experienced manager to join our In-Park Food and Beverage team ! This individual will take our Food and Beverage locations within the park to the next level . You will be leading multiple units - this includes locations such as Belmonty's Burgers, Round Table Pizza, Sweet Shoppe and several other great locations. You must have a passion to mentor, train and lead team members to work at their greatest potential but also can't be afraid to get your hands dirty while working side by side with the team daily. Our Operations Manager will receive a $500 sign on bonus upon hire and $500 retention bonus after successfully completing 90 days of work! We are looking for a professional food and beverage manager to be responsible for managing a portfolio of F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance in line with standards/guidelines set by Park Management, the Director of F&B, and Ownership. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. ORGANIZATIONAL ROLE: Reports to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage & Director of Food and Beverage WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service. Work with F&B Management Team and Director of F&B to design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements. Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns Create and enforce guest service protocol and script. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures in line with standards set by Park Management, Ownership, and Director of F&B. Translate goals and direction by Park Management, Ownership, and Director of F&B into executable plans. Develop, implement, and manage policies, procedures, standards, and practices for operations, training, hiring, purchasing, customer service, and other aspects of multiple locations. Track, control, and report on inventory, COGS (Food Cost, Consumables, Waste/Spoilage, Etc), labor, and other expenses. Negotiate and work with vendors, suppliers, and distributors to control supply operations and costs. Develop and implement employee incentive programs to boost sales and average ticket. Work with F&B Management and Marketing team to develop promotions, sales events, sales scripts, and other programs to drive sales and customer involvement. Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Reporting to Director of F&B and management regarding sales results, productivity and other KPI's. Work with new projects team and F&B management staff to develop and implement new projects/locations. Train self and team in new locations, including periodic refresher training. Implement and govern periodic in-house cleaning, maintenance, and refresh projects. Provide and implement excellent guest service. WHAT ARE WE REQUIRING? The employee must possess or develop the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed: High School Diploma. Associates Degree or other related experience preferred. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management/ leadership experience. Multi- unit experience is a plus. Flexibile leadershuip style that can quickly adapt to changing circumstances and changes in plans. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to work in a team or independently and communicate effectively. Ability to provide status updates orally and in writing. WHAT ARE THE WORKING CONDITONS? The position requires that an employee must be able to: Working On-Site required . Holidays, Nights and weekends required. Lift packages up to 40 pounds.
