What kind of person will excel in this role? -Someone with 2+ years experience as a General Manager of a hotel/resort. -Someone with extensive rooms and F&B experience. Hotels are complex operations that require someone to have knowledge of how to positively impact all areas. -Someone with working knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-range planning.
