Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operation of the bar to provide an experience that exceeds guest expectations. Takes drink orders from bar guests and from guests of wait staff. Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes. Mixes ingredients for cocktails. Serves beverages and food to bar guests. Washes and sterilizes glassware, prepares garnishes and mixers for drinks. Takes food orders from bar guests and demonstrates a knowledge of the menu.
