We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests

Responsibilities

• As a Guest Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Ensure all guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies, such as towels, toiletries, and linens
• Follow established cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in all guest rooms
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, and respond to their requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless guest experience
• Complete assigned tasks within designated time frames to meet departmental standards
• Attend all required trainings and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures
• Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction by going above and beyond in providing exceptional service
• Proactively identify and report any potential safety hazards or concerns to management
• Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items
• Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
