POSITION SUMMARY: The Shift Lead is responsible for executing restaurant operations, in conjunction with the General Manager. The Shift Lead follows standard operational procedures for living the Brand Values and helping the brand thrive. Our Catering Delivery Driver is not your typical delivery position. At Qdoba, you'll enhance the Qdoba experience by delivering food that celebrates our passion for ingredients as well as providing service that invites interaction with our guests. You are expected to deliver catering orders in a timely manner and set up the order according to required specifications. Our Catering Delivery Drivers positively represent the organization at all times and possess a strong knowledge of the company and product.
