ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Groundskeeper will work closely with the Manager on the daily maintenance and enhancement of the guest buildings and grounds at Kinloch Plantation to ensure the property maintains a safe, upscale, professional, and welcoming setting. Duties associated with the Maintenance Team will be included as needed.
As a Groundskeeper, the job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Guest Building Maintenance Duties:
Assist in general HQ area cleanup, hauling trash, recycling, and waste disposal.
Maintenance of guest buildings, including painting, patching, texturing and moving furniture.

Experience and knowledge of hand and power tools used in maintenance, construction, and landscaping is required. Wildland fire training (S130/190) and experience is highly preferred. First Aid training is highly preferred. Heavy equipment operation experience is a plus. Landscape design experience is highly preferred. Guest and customer service skills and/or experience is highly preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS The employee must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The employee must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and natural talent for customer service. We want our guests to feel as though we know their needs before they communicate them to us and be able to fulfill their needs in a timely manner. The ideal Guest Service Agent will ensure that each guest’s stay exceeds their expectations from arrival to departure.
As a Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor, job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Perform guest arrivals, including room tours, luggage assistance, verifying credit cards, and computer check-ins.
Assist guest departures, including processing folio adjustments, collecting payments, assisting with luggage.
Meet and exceed guests’ expectations by anticipating services they might require and fulfilling them.
Process night audit in Maestro.
Wash, dry and fold spa laundry.
Maintain cleanliness of the main lobby area, front desk restrooms and spa restrooms. Handle the cleaning and sanitation of sinks, toilets, and tubs as well as sweep and mop floors and empty waste baskets.
Respond to guest concerns and complaints as needed.
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries.
Prepare coffee, tea, water for guest lobby bar.
Perform retail sales as necessary.
Ensure accuracy of guest folios by verifying retail store purchases, spa charges, tour charges and rooms charges.
Record cash tips and be responsible for the cash drawer during shifts, drop cash/checks into the safe at night.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the front desk, lobby, entrance, and lounge.

LOCATION SUMMARY The Snowcrest Ranch is a 38,000-acre property located in the mountain foothills of Southwest Montana in the upper Ruby River Valley. Recreational opportunities and wildlife are abundant. The Ranch raises genetically unique Castle Rock bison and grazes around 1,200-1,400 head. The progressive grazing includes Management-intensive Grazing, rest rotation, and Holistic Management practices. Bison handling is frequent, and the crew strives to be stockmen and grass managers first and foremost. The Ranch ecosystem includes 19 miles of sinuous river weaving through the lowlands and the Snowcrest mountains at over 10,000’ elevation within the operational ranch boundaries. The Ranch headquarters is 19 miles from the nearest town with a K-6 school, post office, and gas station (Alder). K-12 school, and groceries are 29 miles (Sheridan). The nearest large grocery stores and conveniences are in Dillon (1.25 hours) or Bozeman (2 hours).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Turner Enterprises Management is currently seeking a dedicated Main House Housekeeper with a strong attention to detail to ensure an exceptional guest experience in a luxury setting. The successful employee must be willing to travel to other Montana properties as needed. The Main House Housekeeper must have a strong measure of integrity and willing to work alone and in a team setting.
As a Main House Housekeeper, the job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of guest housing and accommodations.
Ensure guest service is at the highest possible level.
Ensure and coordinate the laundering and ironing of guest linen as needed.
Inspect all rooms /outdoor areas meet department standards.
Report maintenance issues.
Inform Management of any guest issues.
Maintain safe environment for both staff and Guests.
Yard maintenance and landscaping that includes watering, weeding, pruning and yard cleanup.
Maintain, water, and harvest two greenhouses.
Detail and fuel guest personal vehicles.
Shop for groceries and house articles as needed.
Run personal errands as needed.
Coordinate annual deep cleaning of facilities.
Stay up to date on the most efficient eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
Maintain knowledge of handling hazardous materials.
Assist Chef with meals when necessary.

Maintain communication with Supervisor via email, text and / or phone.

LANGUAGE SKILLS The employee must possess excellent communication skills, written, via phone, and in person. The employee must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 5 years’ applicable experience is highly preferred. At least 1 year of experience in high end house cleaning or hotel setting is required.
CERTIFICATES / LICENSES If position requires operation of a vehicle, the employee must possess a valid Driver’s License or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment. The employee’s driving record must meet the standards and requirements of the Company and the Company's insurance carrier.

Ensure Activities staff are trained on proper procedures and prepared to assist guests' needs.
