HospitalityJobs.com is a career website for employees in the Food Service and Hospitality industry.

HospitalityJobs.com serves as a job board for all positions at Hotel, Restaurants, Bread & Breakfast Ins, Motels, Quick Service Restaurants, Food Trucks, Cafeterias, Grill Buffets, Buffets, Full Service Restaurants, Casino Hotels, Casinos etc across the USA.
 
HospitalityJobs.com can also help fill the food service positions at Assisted Living Facilities, Retirement Communities, Golf Courses, Country Clubs, Skiing Facilities, Casino Hotels, Casinos etc across the USA.

How do I Register?

Click on Sign up and select "Employer" and fill the details and click "Register"

How can I Post a Job?

1. Login or sign up for an account
2. Create New Job posting and add the job details
3. Buy the product of Unlimited Jobs/Walk-ins
4. Preview the posting and review for accuracy
5. Click "Post".

How can I duplicate a Job post?

After Sign in, click on the job that needs to be duplicated under "Job Postings" and Click on "Copy Job" to create a duplicate of the same job. Make required changes and click on "Preview" to preview the new job or "Post" to post the job.

What is "Make Hidden"?

Once a job is filled, you can make the job as Hidden and reactivate if a similar position opens up in future. This saves your time and energy by not worrying about going through old emails and pulling up the job description.

What is the difference between "Make Hidden" and "Delete Job"?

Make Hidden will only deactivate a job temporarily till its activated again. "Delete Job" on contract will permanently delete the job. You will lose all the details of the job along with the applicants for that job.

How can I change the details in "Company Profile"?

Once you login, go to "My Account" and click on "Company Profile" and update the entries and click "Save".

Can I delete my profile?

Yes. You can delete your company profile. This will delete all the jobs along with the applications that are received for the job.

How can I unsubscribe/cancel to a product/subscription?

Once you login, go to "My Account" and click on "Job Posting". Click on "Cancel" under "Purchased Products". The status changes to "Canceled".

Can I still post jobs or search resumes even if I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can still post jobs or search resumes even after you cancel our subscription. Our products are valid for one month and they will be renewed every month. Since you already paid for a month, even after you cancel, you can still post unlimited jobs on HospitalityJobs.com till that monthly subscription expires. For example, you registered on Jan 1 and posted one job and canceled the subscription on the same day. You will be able to post unlimited jobs till Jan 31 as subscription renews on Feb 1.

What is your pricing model?

We currently offer only monthly subscription of $9.99, billed monthly. Subscription can be cancelled any time and can be subscribed in future. We dont upsell or make you call us to cancel the subscription. All the subscriptions and cancellations can be done via "My Account" of the Employer section.

Can I promote a job?

When you subscribe to our monthly subscription of $9.99, each job you post will be posted as "Featured Job". Along with our website, the jobs are promoted via Google Jobs and Facebook Jobs which gives more qualified candidates for your job positions. We dont have any other products that Promote a job other than default Featured Job for all jobs posted directly on our job board.

What is a Featured Job?

By default, all jobs that are posted on our job board are posted as Featured Jobs and are highlighted in both homepage and search results.

Is there any product for bulk posting?

Currently we only have one product/subscription to post jobs on our job board i.e., $9.99 per month. We don't offer any bulk posting at this point. But please reachout to us at info@hospitalityJobs.com so that we can get in touch with you to find options to collaborate.

I did not post any jobs last month. But why am I still charged?

Unlike other job boards, we dont believe in "Per Job Posting" pricing or "CPC" or "CPV" models. We offer flat fee product/subscription which allows employers to post unlimited jobs. We don't upsell or make you call us to cancel the subscription. All the subscriptions and cancellations can be done via "My Account" of the Employer section.
 

What is your refund policy?

Our product allows users to post unlimited jobs per month and it renews every month for $9.99 Employers can cancel the subscription anytime by logging into HospitalityJobs.com under "My Account".
