What you'll do: Must be experienced and or certified with Stand Up Electric Forklift. Maintain warehouse coolers and docks clean Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Gather and empty trash, consolidate trash for weekly pickup. Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Clean walls, racks, and equipment. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Clean and restore building interiors using commercial cleaning equipment. Clean different surfaces using solvents, brushes, rags, and power cleaning equipment. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours. Move furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snow blowers, and snow shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals. Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings. What qualities are we looking for? You got skills? If you are able to perform the following, then you have come to the right place Stand for periods of 8-10 hours in the hot Texas sun Work with others like a rock star. Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English. Comply with all safety and health department procedures, as well as, all state and federal laws.
