Responsibilities The Night Auditor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the balancing of revenue and expense transactions that occurred during the day. The auditor will conduct all steps in the computer / night audit system to close the current business day and open the new business day. Runs reports; Attends to the needs of guests; Performs all functions of the front desk agent during the audit shift. Qualifications - High school graduate or equivalent. - Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred. - Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. - Computer experience preferred. - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. - Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele Qualifications Position Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred. • Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required. • Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required. • Opera is a plus, required within 90 days of employment. • 1 to 3 years of related experience. Working Conditions / Physical Demands / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSA's): Command of the English language both written and verbal. Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Always maintain a professional appearance and manner. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the guests' needs. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from supervisor. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year hospitality experience.
