Seeking 3+ years experience maintaining and repairing High Volume Bakery Automated Handling & Packaging Machinery at customer locations. Experience with machines from food processing and packaging industry is a plus. Shall: Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on High Volume Bakery (Loaves, Buns, Muffins, Decorated Cupcakes, Cakes, etc.) Automated Handling & Packaging Machinery and related equipment. Implement modifications or upgrades to electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components and PLC programs to enhance equipment performance. Train customer technicians and end users in the operation and basic maintenance of machinery and related equipment.
