Working closely with the Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, the Model Cocktail Server is responsible for creating the ultimate premium guest experience by utilizing functional details of a reservation/guest interaction and executing a specific food and beverage game plan to exceed expectations. A highly motivated and energetic personality. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
