Job Type Full-time, Part-time Description Complete set up of the dining area in preparation for meal periods and events, including arranging and setting tables, stocking supplies, ensuring condiments are neat, clean and refreshed. Responsible for food service of breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the Assisted Living and Memory Care dining areas and in-room. Keep floor, table tops, and furniture neat, clean, and sanitized. Keep furniture neatly arranged. Greet residents, visitors, and staff. Provide menus, and explain any specials. Take beverage and food orders from residents and visitors Communicate with the culinary staff, ensuring dietary restrictions are adhered to. Deliver food and beverages accurately to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents, guests, and visitors. Monitor beverages and refreshes them as needed throughout the meal. Ensure that the pace of the dining experience meets the needs of the diners, visiting the table to address any additional diner needs. Clear dishes, glassware, and silverware as needed, transport them to the dish room, scrapes plates, and places them in designated spaces in preparation for washing. Return dish bin, as needed.
