Under the direction of the Director - Food & Beverage, the incumbent plans and supervises the overall outlet
operation, including all related management functions to ensure a positive guest experience. Primarily responsible to
ensure consistency of service through the implementation of policy and procedure, training, certification, recognition,
and discipline of all Beverage Team Members and management.
- Promote a positive working environment and lead by example
- Ensure quality of hospitality, service, and product
- Responsible for scheduling, planning, timing, motivation, and supervision of all employees
- Responsible for daily financial controls
- Assists with the creation, tracking, and execution of strategies for concept and venue improvement
- Monitors profit and loss statements to ensure objectives are met, and recommends corrective actions as
required.
• Develop department members' knowledge and skills through education, training, coaching, corrective
counseling, etc - Other duties as assigned
- Two (2) to four (4) years of food & beverage operations experience or a combination of education and/or work experience
- Must be able to analyze Food and Beverage data
- Must be able to demonstrate and deliver a high level of service to our guests
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Has ability to lead and develop a cohesive outlet team
- Strong computer skills to include MS word, excel, and Pos Systems
- This position will be outdoors and must be able to work in various conditions
