- Care for, store, and clean kitchen tools and equipment.
- Minimize waste and control food costs through proper rotation and portioning.
- Engage guests with entertaining station duties and personalized interactions.
- Collaborate on menu development, food setup, and service execution.
- Open and/or close the kitchen as needed, performing basic arithmetic tasks.
